Dierbergs Markets is Hiring a Manager in Training Near Multiple Locations (Management), MO
You’ll do more than manage, you’ll excel.
- Serving as the manager in an assigned area
- Supervising and coaching Associates
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues
- Maintaining Dierbergs’ standards and store conditions
- Assisting with payroll management, Associate scheduling and inventory

What you need to succeed
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in a retail, grocery, food service or hospitality environment
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-management skills
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and foster a positive team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts/hours, including weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting & Carrying - Up to 50 lbs. occasionally & up to 20 lbs. frequently
- Pushing & Pulling- Up to 90 lbs. of force occasionally
- Occasional – Sit & climb.
- Frequent - Stand, walk, head turn, trunk bend, kneel, stoop, squat, handling, side reach, overhead reach, & power grip
- Constant – Handling, forward reach, grasp, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel.
